1.I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data to the following extent: surname, first name, phone number, email address, place of work, position.

2.In accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", I give LLC "RAKETA" (620026, Russia, Sverdlovsk region, Yekaterinburg, Engels str., 36, office 1101) conscious consent to the processing of my personal data specified in paragraph 1 of this consent (including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, placement, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction) of personal data during the conclusion of the contract.

3.LLC " RAKETA" has the right to carry out automated processing of personal data specified in paragraph 1 of this consent, their processing without the use of automation tools, including transmission via communication channels, the protection of which is ensured by implementing appropriate legal, organizational and technical measures provided for by the legislation on personal data protection.

4.I hereby confirm that I consent to the processing of my personal data specified in paragraph 1 of this consent by LLC " RAKETA" from the date of granting this consent until the date of withdrawal of consent in writing, without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 6 below.

5.I hereby confirm that I have been informed of the possibility of revoking this consent by personal appeal or sending a written request (including in the form of an electronic document signed with a qualified electronic signature in accordance with Federal Law No. 63- FZ of April 6, 2011 "On Electronic Signature"), addressed to LLC " RAKETA". Requests should be sent to: security@raketa.travel.

6. I am informed that LLC " RAKETA" has the right, after receiving the revocation of this consent, as well as after the expiration of this consent (3 years from the date of termination of the contract), to continue processing my personal data if there are grounds provided for by applicable law.
